YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Yoga started as a physical benefit to her body but quickly became a benefit to every aspect of her life. Her passion for wanting others to nourish and love themselves is what guided her to her 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2019. The following year she completed her 300 hr certification. She has  completed training in yin yoga, mantras and mudras and restorative yoga. She continues taking courses to expand her knowledge in wellness in body and mind. She enjoys free time in nature walking, swimming, biking and kayaking. She also enjoy cooking wholesome homemade meals and continuing courses in holistic nutrition.
