Hannah Stiles is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with additional certifications in Psychology, Reiki, and Adult Education. She specializes in plant-based nutrition, hormone balance, and mental health support through the gut–brain connection.
With an emphasis on education and collaboration, Hannah empowers clients to weave practical, nutrition-based tools into their everyday routines in ways that feel both realistic and sustainable. Recognizing that every body is biochemically unique, she tailors her approach to meet each person’s individual needs—encouraging awareness, confidence, and self-compassion along the way.
