As an Empath and Energy Intuitive Heather uses these gifts to look deeper into the clients soulful needs using a combination of modalities to resolve physical, emotional, and spiritual restrictions and blockages. Craniosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release and Reiki are the foundation of her work, however her sessions may also include Chakra Balancing, Dialoguing with the Body and Grounding, to bring light to that which has been unseen.
