Hip Therapeutics with Jessica

This 3 week series (6 sessions) is designed for anyone dealing with tight hips, lower back pain, or S.I. joint discomfort. Through gentle yoga postures, breath work, and mindful movement, you will learn to release tension and reconnect with your body to know where your body needs support or more strength.
Jessica has been teaching since 2007. She is natural, light-hearted and engaging, and loves being involved in the community. Jessica was led to Shiva Rea, completing her 500-hour RYT training as a Prana Vinyasa® teacher in 2017. She believes breath is the force and the focus behind Prana Vinyasa® Flow, which is an evolving form of traditional hatha yoga. Her passion to help heal individuals brought her to her Craniosacral Work® with the Milne Institute. This therapy combines an analytic and intuitive approach to create a relationship with the breath of life, where deep release, balance and healing can occur.
