Conscious Connected Breathing- Community Breath Circle

There are many different ways to breathe. Your breath pattern is a direct reflection to the state of your nervous system, and so your breath can also change the state of your nervous system. In this workshop we will focus on Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), also called Circular breathing or Transformational breathing.

This practice is a beautiful way to explore the mechanical and biochemical benefits of breathwork, but also the psycho-spiritual side.
We will start with introductions, some discussion on breathwork, and some pranayama to prepare for our CCB session. Then I will guide you through one hour of CCB, and we will have time for questions and discussion before we close the circle.
