May Peace Bloom-an Om Oasis Sound Journey

An Om Oasis Sound Journey can help you launch into the abundance of spring.

March and April mark the beginning of spring. It’s a time of rebirth, regeneration, and flow — when we can shed old habits, unfurl from the ‘cocooning’ energy, ideas and insights that have been incubating over the winter. It’s time for us to reawaken, reattune and infuse with the vibrant and fiery energy of spring. It’s time to lovingly plant and fertilize seeds of intention for soul growth and expansion so we can root, rise and bloom into our beautiful glory! Let’s synchronize, harmonize and connect with Gaia, shake off the freeze and flourish!

This sacred Om Oasis Sound Bath event includes: a ceremonial smudge* (weather pending as it’s held outside*)dancing, guided Eden movement, guided vibrational breath and chanting, a high frequency sound bath infused with gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Ohm tuning forks, drums and many other instruments, Healing Touch /Reiki, and restorative somatics sequencing to softly reawaken our senses, nourish and elevate our vibrant spirit and expand our consciousness.

Tea and goodies served afterwards.

Please bring your own yoga mat and/or extra soft blankets and your own pillow. The studio provides bolsters, has thinner yoga mats, yoga props, and weighted lavender eye pillows.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your spot and welcome our circle.

So much love to each of you, may you feel all the Love the Universe has for you in each and every moment!

Root, Rise, Shine!

Conscious Connected Breathing- Community Breath Circle

Conscious Connected Breathing- Community Breath Circle

There are many different ways to breathe. Your breath pattern is a direct reflection to the state of your nervous system, and so your breath can also change the state of your nervous system.

In this workshop we will focus on Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), also called Circular breathing or Transformational breathing. This practice is a beautiful way to explore the

mechanical and biochemical benefits of breathwork, but also the psycho-spiritual side.

We will start with introductions, some discussion on breathwork, and some pranayama to prepare for our CCB session. Then I will guide you through one hour of CCB, and we will have time for questions and discussion before we close the circle.

Aligned Living

In this series we find and follow the thread that binds biology, psychology, and theology. Otherwise known as the body, mind, and soul.

We are in a time when many are suffering from the symptoms of being identified as the body and the mind. We identify as our thoughts, our emotions, intellect, opinions, judgments, and the body. But we are not these things, we are the knower, the experiencer, the witness.

The first step to releasing suffering is to remember who and what we are, and understand the beautiful tools, or instruments, that the mind and body were created to be. Join us as we explore the physical body, subtle body - made up of mind, intellect and energy, and the experience of it all.

This is a journey where we use science, the modern day Mystic, as well as the wisdom of the past to explore ourselves and the world around us. This is a journey toward self- realization!

Let Your Heart Be Your Guide

$40 PP

Every day we are being pulled in multiple directions, living in a fast paced, overly stimulating world. We are often doing too many things all at once, causing us to question our direction, our actions, if what we are doing is enough, if we ourselves are enough. But it doesn't have to stay lost. Reconnect to your truest self, reconfirm the love and trust you hold for your mind, body and soul. Disconnect from the distractions, stimulation and hustle of the outside world; close your eyes, and Let Your Heart Be Your Guide.

In this 2 hour Gentle Hatha style practice, featuring (optional) blindfolded segments; you will experience a deeper connection to not only your practice, but to yourself.

This workshop is open to students of all levels, who are looking to bring a new kind of strength into their practice.

You can expect gentle sequences, long holds and deep stretches that work into the whole body. As you're led through this practice you'll have the opportunity to experience postures and sequences free from visual distractions. Practicing blindfolded allows you to turn inward and feel your practice in a new way. Forming a stronger bond and new level of trust with your mind, body and soul.

Hip Mobility for Athletes

Hip Mobility for Athletes

Jessica Read, $30

In this workshop, I will be sharing key techniques to unlock your hips, using both passive and active yoga poses, to help improve your range of motion, strength and flexibility. If your hip mobility is limited, it restricts your hip extension, running gait, and your ability to squat and exert force. Mobile hips allow for greater physical performance, which is why athletes, from runners to powerlifters, benefit greatly from hip flexibility.

Thankfully, there are certain activities and yoga stretches we can do to improve function and mobility of the hips by building and creating strength, giving feedback to your body that it is safe to relax and be more flexible.
