Every day we are being pulled in multiple directions, living in a fast paced, overly stimulating world. We are often doing too many things all at once, causing us to question our direction, our actions, if what we are doing is enough, if we ourselves are enough. It can be so easy to lose our sense of trust and connection to ourselves.

But it doesn't have to stay lost. Reconnect to your truest self, reconfirm the love and trust you hold for your mind, body and soul. Disconnect from the distractions, stimulation and hustle of the outside world; close your eyes, and Let Your Heart Be Your Guide. 

In this 2 hour Gentle Hatha style practice, featuring (optional) blindfolded segments; you will experience a deeper connection to not only your practice, but to yourself.

This workshop is open to students of all levels, who are looking to bring a new kind of strength into their practice.

You can expect gentle sequences, long holds and deep stretches that work into the whole body. As you're led through this practice you'll have the opportunity to experience postures and sequences free from visual distractions. Practicing blindfolded allows you to turn inward and feel your practice in a new way. Forming a stronger bond and new level of trust with your mind, body and soul.
