An informative 1 day workshop that breaks down the benefits of Ayurveda so you can integrate the tools you need to manage your unique self care needs. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term that translates to "the science of life". Ayurveda Wellness is a journey into learning more about your unique mind~body constitution. Understanding your personal health needs more deeply- will empower you to create a truly vibrant life. The knowledge you will gain will help clarify the steps you need to take to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Ayurveda is experiential, which means that the choices we make about our experiences change our bodies—including our choices about food, personal relationships, sensory experiences, sleep, work, social interactions, and daily routine. Are you tired of feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Are you shying away from things you want to do, but your confidence is low or unreliable?
